Stacey is an author, actress, model, spokesperson and a full time Pilates teacher. She opened the Physical Methods Pilates studio in 2000. Stacey's unique perspective, teaching style and no nonsense approach to fitness  has opened opportunities to present her research and work to literary and television markets. Stacey has been a presenter and contributor to several publications on the Pilates Method. She has appeared on local and regional television as a fitness expert and cook, sharing her ideas and recipes on how to achieve a healthier lifestyle. As an actress and commercial print model, Stacey can be seen in numerous print ads and TV commercials.
