    The Physical Methods™ system is taught using the exercises and equipment developed by Joseph Pilates. We offer a variety of group classes that focus on the traditional Pilates floor exercises, an individual piece of Pilates equipment ( i.e. Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair) or a variety of Pilates machines combined with the Pilates floor exercises.
    Each piece of equipment or floor exercise assists or resists the body to improve your overall posture and physical strength. It is my goal to restore, develop or maintain the physical strength your body needs that enables you to stay an active part of your life.
   My work begins with a series of private sessions that are focused on teaching you the information and strength you need to progress into group sessions. Individual needs and abilities vary, but you can expect to need 5-10 private sessions before you are comfortable with the exercises, information and safety of the equipment.
   Continuing privates are available for individuals requiring special attention or are recovering from an injury.
