Physical Methods™ is a system of physical development based on the studies and teachings of Joseph H Pilates.  Developed by Stacey Redfield, Physical Methods™ stimulates the mode of muscular function that effectively develops and maintains the structures that support the body that can be affected through our various activities.

Physical Methods™ follows the philosophy and exercises developed by Joseph H. Pilates over 100 hundred years ago.  All exercises are performed on a variety of apparatus developed by Pilates that support the weight of the body in various scenarios of movement.
